Radiate Your Heart’s Light to the World

Theme: Peace

Today’s Soulful Pause invites you to build peace and love in your heart — and send that energy out into the world.

This episode is designed to bring you into a deeply relaxed and connected state. Please don’t listen while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.

I’m your host, Kerry-Ann Amisse. Let’s begin.

🕊️ Message:

You are not separate from the peace you seek — it begins in your own heart. As you shine your light, you help others remember theirs.

🧘‍♀️ Embodied Practice and Meditation

Take a soft breath in… and let it fall out gently.

Let your body settle into stillness — your feet grounding, your shoulders softening, your breath arriving slowly.

Now bring your awareness to your heart — the center of your being.

Feel it rise and fall with your breath.

With every inhale, imagine a warm light awakening there — gentle, golden, full of love.

With every exhale, feel it expand — filling your chest with comfort and calm.

Breathe in — your light grows.
Breathe out — your light softens and spreads.

You are not alone in this.
Right now, others are breathing with you — hearts opening, peace rising.

Now bring your hands into your lap, as if holding something tender and round.

And begin to imagine the Earth resting gently there — a small globe of oceans, forests, and cities cradled in your palms.

Let the light in your heart flow down your arms, into your hands, and into the world.

Offer peace.
Offer comfort.
Offer love — without judgment or expectation.

Let your energy move gently across the planet — to every being, every place, touching those who are hurting, and awakening those who are ready to remember.

You are part of the healing.
Part of the awakening.

Your one beautiful light joins with countless others — a wave of love moving quietly through the world.

Stay here for one more breath… soft, present, steady.

Let your light continue flowing, even as the stillness returns.

💠 Blessing

May the light of your heart bring comfort to the world.
And may the peace you share ripple back to you.
