Theme: Inner Peace through Strength and Stability
Focus: Embodying the qualities of the mountain — stillness, presence, groundedness
Today’s Soulful Pause invites you to connect with the deep stillness and quiet strength within you — like a mountain rooted in peace.
This episode is designed to bring you into a deeply relaxed and grounded state. Please don’t listen while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.
I’m your host, Kerry-Ann Amisse. Let’s begin.
🕊️ Message:
You don’t need to strive for stillness — it’s already within you. Like a mountain, your inner peace is always there, waiting to be remembered.
🧘♀️ Embodied Practice and Meditation
Take a soft breath in… and let it fall out slowly.
Let your body begin to settle —
feel the weight of your feet,
the strength of your spine,
the softness of your jaw.
Now gently bring your awareness to your lower body —
your hips, your thighs, your legs.
Feel yourself resting here, like the base of a mountain.
Strong. Still.
With your next breath, invite the qualities of the mountain into your body…
Steady. Rooted. Quiet. Present.
Feel your spine rising like a mountain ridge —
firm yet open.
Your breath like wind that passes across the slopes —
ever-changing, yet the mountain remains.
You are that mountain now.
Rooted in the Earth.
Unshaken by the weather of the world.
There may be storms around you.
But in your center, there is stillness.
There may be noise and movement.
But your inner mountain remains steady.
Come home to that now —
not by effort,
but by remembering.
You don’t have to become the mountain.
You already are.
💠 Blessing
May the stillness of your inner mountain hold you steady in all things.
And may its peace echo through your whole being.
💭 Reflective Question
When I feel ungrounded, how can I return to the strength of the mountain within me?
